Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
With every item we send out, we pack it with care and attention and send out in quality new packaging (normally 3M). Cards are placed into soft sleeves and then top loaders to ensure that there is no danger of them being damaged in transit. However, in the very unlikely event that you are not happy with the goods when they reach you, either that they are damaged or not to your satisfaction, then we will happily refund on receipt of the goods back with us.
Ideally please get in touch as quickly as possible to let us know that there is an issue, and we will try to resolve. With some cards we do have more than one copy in stock so may be able to offer a replacement, but this is not always the case, and we understand if you would just prefer a straightforward refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately refund via the method you originally paid us, so it may take a day or two to hit your account, but please bear with us while the funds make their way through the ether.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product – ideally in the same packaging you received it in – to: CardhawkUK, Hendre House, Llanrwst, Conwy, LL26 0RJ.
